No purchase necessary to win. One winner per household. Winners must present photo ID to claim a prize. Winners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when claiming a prize. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days. All winners must wait 60 days before participating in any other station contests. Prizes are subject to change. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. No prize substitutions allowed. Winner agrees to hold The Butler County Radio Network properties and associates harmless against any and all claims and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from prize winning. The Butler Country Radio Network assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen prizes, or any prize sent by mail. The Butler County Radio Network assumes no responsibility for events or concerts that are canceled for any reason. Restaurant certificates for food do not include tips or taxes. |
