 Bride Of The Year Entry Form

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be getting married between January 1 and December 31 of this year.

THE CONTEST: You will be provided with a list of participating sponsors. Voting for the bride contest will occur in these sponsors' locations only. Each participating sponsor will have ballots, a ballot box and a list of participating brides and grooms. Any purchase entitles the purchaser to vote.

The store clerk will give the purchaser a ballot…the number of votes depends on the amount of the purchase. Each dollar in purchases equals one vote. The store clerk enters the vote total onto the ballot. Then the customer fills in the name of his/her favorite bride

* The bride’s maiden name must be on the ballot!
* The store manager must authorize the ballot.
* The ballot must have the purchaser’s name, address, phone number, and signature.

TIME: The contest begins on April 1 and ends on September 30.

SPECIAL NOTE OF INTEREST: THE PURCHASE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE FOR A WEDDING GIFT! Example…your aunt wants to buy drapes…so you ask her to shop at one of the participating stores…assuming the drapes cost $200 and she votes for you, you will receive 200 votes.

MORE CONTEST FUN: The top 10 vote getters will be contacted by ALLHITZ 97.7 and one winner will be selected in a random drawing from the 10 finalists. Listen to ALLHITZ 97.7 FM to hear the winner announced live on the air. The date of the actual drawing will be announced at the end of the contest! In addition, each month of the contest (April – September), one bride will be selected at random from the list and receive a surprise gift from one of our sponsors.
